All price book files are self-extracting, password protected ZIP files.  You must contact Counterman and request a password to un-zip these files.  The encryption is 128 bit and extremely difficult to uncompress unless you have the correct password.  The best way to download these price books is to select the price book you want, then select "Open" or "Run".  If this is done from your main Counterman (server) computer, just select "Unzip" and enter the password.  This will unzip the files into the C:\PB folder for use with Counterman.  Alternately, you can save this file and unzip it later, or unzip it to an alternate folder on a different station.  Either way, make sure all users are currently logged off of Counterman before you begin.  If you need a price book that is not listed here, please contact Counterman with your request(s) and be sure to include the vendor price level desired.  There are no OEM price books with cost or cost +% pricing posted on this site!  These can only be uploaded on an "as needed" basis by submitting your request to us.  Again, please include the OEM vendor name and your current price level for that OEM vendor.  After your pricing level with that vendor have been verified, we will email you a special link for that purpose with a totally different password.
